Dreams

Written for :

Castle of sands
blown in the wind,
World of dreams
pulverize by my owns,
Hampering even my small steps,
their words reproached
and haunts.
But I no longer listen
to their taunts.
Following my dreams
I will build my home again
Not castle in the air,
But in actuality.

PS: It is my first attempt for the Three Word Wednesday. Hope you like my effort, if you do or if you don't like it, please let me know about it. And now when you have read my request, sincerely fill the comment form below. :P

  1. I have been following your work only for a short while, so it might be presumptuous of me to comment, but reading this one, I felt compelled. The emotion in your writing is very strong, and you do not hesitate to call language to obey your orders to express them. You may want to keep an eye out every time you choose to bend language to be certain that the balance between breaking rules and creating a word picture is maintained. Really appreciate your journey. This poem (I am not particularly fond of writing based on prompts) is nice.
