First Kiss

In the dark besides the lake

They sat under a tree

Rain doused the bonfire

Passionate for the love

Being there in the cove

Melting in each other’s arms

For the warmth

In the light of thunderclap

His eyes look naughtier with a shine

Cold droplets of icy rain

Touches her pale skin

They are in bliss

It is their first kiss.

Dreams

Written for :

Three Word Wednesday

Castle of sands

blown in the wind,

World of dreams

pulverize by my owns,

Hampering even my small steps,

their words reproached

and haunts.

But I no longer listen

to their taunts.

Following my dreams

I will build my home again

Not castle in the air,

But in actuality.
